Our factory owns lots of automated precision production equipments, standard operating lines in our workshop,which not only imporve our work efficiency and make sure our bearing quality.

Plant conditions, full automatic lines and strict management in the production process insures all the bearings are standard product.

Forging

OTOTRI uses several major forging equipments, including HBP 160 High Speed Hot Former from Japan, AMP30 High Speed Former from Switzerland and 630T Automatic Forging Production Line with Induction Heating from Germany.

Turning

KDM 14 Ring Turning Production Line from Japan is included in the major turning equipments and production line used by OTOTRI. Ring Turning Production Line is designed for Small-size Ball Bearings.
